01 Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to andrew.andrew-s-group.com and any subdomains operated by Andrew Joshua Adole as a personal portfolio (the "Site"). It does not cover andrew-s-group.com, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy governing client engagements.

02 What data is collected

The Site is designed to collect the minimum data needed to respond to you. Depending on how you interact with it:

03 How data is used

Chat and bot messages are not used to build an advertising profile of you, and are not sold to third parties.

04 Third-party services & processors

To provide the automated features on this Site, messages you send are processed by the following categories of third-party infrastructure:

Webhook / automation platform (n8n)
Telegram (for bot-based projects)
CRM / database storage (e.g. Airtable)
Language model providers

Each of these processes data under its own terms and security practices. Where a bot is hosted on Telegram, Telegram's own privacy policy also applies to your use of that platform.

05 Cookies & local storage

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The AI chat widget keeps a temporary session identifier in memory for the duration of your visit so it can maintain conversation context; this identifier is not linked to your identity and is not persisted after you close the tab, beyond what is retained by the automation backend as described above.

06 Data retention

Messages sent through the contact form or chat widget are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. Telegram bot conversations are retained according to the storage used by that specific automation (typically a CRM record for qualified leads), and can be deleted on request.

07 Data sharing & disclosure

Data is not sold. It may be shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to operate the features you use, or where disclosure is required by law.
